Aert Medical
Flagship Imaging Equipment and Precision Engineering Components (1-8)
Wenzhou Aert Medical Co., Ltd. is a national-level high-tech enterprise dedicated to pioneering the research, development, assembly, and global distribution of next-generation mobile Computed Tomography (CT) scanners, helium-free magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) units, and ultra-high-resolution digital X-ray detectors. Headquartered in the dynamic economic zone of Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, the company maintains multiple specialized R&D centers across technology hubs and establishes collaborative scientific ventures with premier domestic and international universities and research institutes.
By bridging the gap between hardware physics and intelligence-driven reconstruction, Aert Medical stands as a beacon of high-end manufacturing efficiency and clinical efficacy. We drive digital healthcare transformation in over 60 countries and regions, ensuring diagnostic devices are no longer confined to heavy lead-lined basement rooms but are fully agile, dynamic, and integrated with localized emergency frameworks.

The Technical Blueprint of Mobile CT and Low-Field MRI Systems
Engineered to overcome weight, power, and radiation barriers, the "LingTong" and "Ark" mobile CT systems provide instantaneous cross-sectional scanning. Operating on a standard wall outlet or built-in lithium-ion battery modules, they deliver micro-dose diagnostics right at the patient's bedside, in rapid-response ambulances, or within mobile healthcare vehicles.
Our self-developed "Automation Balance System" integrates Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) and multi-slice spiral CT reconstruction protocols. By using advanced optimization algorithms, the performance of CBCT is elevated to match 64-slice spiral CT scanners, providing high-resolution diagnostics with lower exposure levels.
By utilizing high-performance permanent magnets, we design MRI systems that do not require liquid helium. Our mobile MRI units, including 0.35T, 0.5T, and 1.5T configurations, are lightweight and scan rapidly. These systems are suited for neurosurgical operating rooms and point-of-care stroke evaluations.
To achieve high imaging quality and low radiation doses, diagnostic systems must have advanced detector arrays. Wenzhou Aert Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (a direct subsidiary of Aert Medical) specializes in custom CMOS active pixel flat-panel detector design.
Unlike typical device assembly lines, our in-house microelectronics team works directly with CMOS flat-panel manufacturing processes. We are also developing next-generation photon counting detectors. By counting individual photons and identifying their energy levels, our systems eliminate electronic noise and enable spectral CT imaging, supporting early-stage diagnostic detection.
Decentralizing diagnosis with 10T computing power and advanced target tracking
Modern medical diagnostics require fast and precise analysis. By integrating the Tracking Module II with 10T Computing Power into our mobile platforms, our systems can process imaging data at the edge. The system is designed to support clinical workflows in the following ways:
Enables real-time data processing right on the system, eliminating the need for constant cloud connectivity in remote regions.
Converts raw diagnostic scans into clear clinical images within seconds, helping medical teams make critical decisions faster.
Constantly monitors system parameters and patient positioning to ensure consistent diagnostic results.
How our strategic base in Wenzhou enables reliable global delivery and cost management
The production of mobile CT and MRI units requires components from multiple fields: precision metallurgy for structural gantries, high-frequency generator circuits, custom mechanical components, and advanced semiconductor modules. Being located in Zhejiang's manufacturing hub, Aert Medical benefits from a highly integrated local supply chain.
This vertical integration helps us manage costs, maintain consistent component supply, and scale production rapidly. Every stage—from custom plastic injection molding to cleanroom detector calibration—is managed under strict quality controls. Our streamlined production process allows us to ship customized systems with shorter lead times than traditional medical device manufacturers.
Meeting the demands of hospitals, emergency services, and remote medical systems
Enables scanning of critical patients in ICUs and neonatal wards, reducing the risks associated with moving unstable patients.
Our compact CT units can be integrated into ambulances to allow stroke diagnostics on the way to the hospital, helping to save critical treatment time.
Lightweight, low-power designs allow these diagnostic tools to be used in remote clinics and temporary field hospitals during emergencies.
Our path toward more accessible and intelligent diagnostic imaging
Integrating high-speed CMOS active-pixel flat-panel detectors to improve image resolution and reduce x-ray exposure.
Refining our Automation Balance System to bring CBCT imaging quality close to that of standard 64-slice spiral CTs.
Deploying photon-counting chipsets for multi-energy imaging, which improves tissue characterization and diagnostic accuracy.
Obtaining additional local certifications (such as EU MDR, US FDA, and UKCA) and establishing regional technical centers for faster customer support.
Ensuring regulatory compliance and reliable maintenance across international markets
Exporting medical equipment globally requires compliance with regional safety and regulatory standards. All Aert Medical facilities adhere to ISO 13485 quality systems. We also design our products to align with regulatory requirements like the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and US FDA clearances.
